Importance of Learning Quran in the Light of Quran and Hadith

The Holy Quran is not just a book; it is the divine word of Allah (SWT) and a complete code of life for all of humanity. Learning the Quran is one of the most noble acts a Muslim can perform. It brings light to our hearts, peace to our souls, and success in both this world and the Hereafter.

The Best Amongst You

Our check beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized the importance of learning the Quran in many Hadiths. One of the most famous Hadiths states:

"The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it."
(Sahih Al-Bukhari)

This teaches us that status in the eyes of Allah is not based on wealth or lineage, but on our connection with His Book.

Intercessor on the Day of Judgment

The Quran will be a companion for its reciters on the Day of Judgment. The Prophet (PBUH) said:

"Read the Quran, for it will come as an intercessor for its reciters on the Day of Resurrection."
(Sahih Muslim)

Guidance and Mercy

Allah (SWT) describes the Quran as a guidance and mercy for the believers. In Surah Al-Isra, Allah says: "And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers..." (17:82). By learning and understanding the Quran, we learn how to live a righteous life, how to treat others, and how to get closer to our Creator.

Conclusion: Let us make a promise to ourselves today to dedicate time to learning the Quran. Whether it is learning to read with Tajweed, understanding its meaning, or memorizing it, every effort is rewarded by Allah. Join us at TajweedHub to start your journey today!
